- Name, email address, and company information when you book a call or contact me
- Account credentials and API keys you share during an engagement (handled per the Confidentiality section below)
- Payment information processed through Stripe (I do not store credit card numbers)
Information collected automatically:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect anonymized page view data (no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking)
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) maintained by Cloudflare
3. How I Use Your Information
- To deliver the consulting services you've purchased
- To communicate with you about your engagement
- To send invoices and process payments
- To improve the website and services
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Confidentiality of Client Data
During engagements, clients share sensitive credentials (AWS keys, API tokens, etc.). I treat all such information as strictly confidential:
- Credentials are used only for the agreed scope of work
- I do not retain copies of client credentials after engagement completion
- Clients should rotate any shared credentials after the engagement concludes
5. Third-Party Services
This website and business use the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and analytics
- Stripe — payment processing
- TidyCal — appointment scheduling
- Google Calendar — availability management
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. I encourage you to review them.
6. Data Retention
- Business records (invoices, contracts) are retained for tax and legal purposes
- Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the support window, then archived
- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting me
7. Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted communications and secure credential handling. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
